My Toes Are Turning Black
summer!
Great summer nothing to say.
The children were first to the sea very well in camp with his mother while I was at home to work then in the long trip to Sweden.
Son could do from home to work by bike for 2 months and I intend to resume next week.
The Singlespeed World in Stockholm was beautiful and Italian in Bruggiana went well beyond expectations ....
Now I want to prepare a winter routine that allows me to introduce myself in the spring in good shape ...

Here are the photos of the Oglio Priori Run Rally
Before Christmas by going to greet Franco Priori I discovered that in his secret cellar still had some 70's new track bike.
Imagine my surprise when I showed this wonder of my size!
As icing on the cake I came to give me a magnificent saddle Brooks originally published fifty-sixty years in good condition.
At a photo session of the company's friend Hector Sola photographer and avid bike I gladly made a couple of shots ..... Judge for yourself!

More Pain Than Gain
Boys fatigue I did! I showed up at the start of the race with no claim but to do some training but the change of the route without my knowledge increased from 2 to 26 km at a speed of only 37 took away the ability to stop after the first round and took me to exhaustion ......
To this is added to my lack of fitness and lack of care with which I prepared the bike, I found it to ride down at least 2-3 cm and this has resulted in a terrible hardening of the legs (never happened before) that made me suffer for the entire second half of the race.
Now we need to improve the shape, I'm tired of having to keep going languishing ......
